How Meta Lead Ads sync works
Medzelo connects Meta Lead Ads through approved Meta permissions and page/form mappings.
After connection, incoming leads can be mapped to a clinic and branch, attributed to the source page or campaign, routed to staff and followed up through the CRM.
If lead retrieval permission is not available for the Meta app yet, connect basic page access first and complete Meta App Review before syncing live leads.
