Agreement
These terms describe the draft agreement between Medzelo and customers using the platform. Final legal wording must be reviewed before production launch.
Accounts and access
Customers are responsible for inviting the correct users, assigning roles, maintaining branch access and removing users who no longer need access.
Platform use
Medzelo must be used only for lawful business operations, support, communications, booking, payments and related workflows.
Subscriptions
Billing, trials, renewals, limits and cancellations are governed by the selected plan and the Billing Policy.
