Yes. Medzelo gives your business a public booking page and a widget for your website. Clients choose a service, a time and, if you allow it, a team member, add their details and confirm. The booking goes straight into your Medzelo calendar.
Can I put online booking on my own website?
Yes. Copy the booking widget's embed code from Medzelo and paste it into your website. You can also share the booking link on social media, in emails and on WhatsApp, or print the booking QR code for your front desk.
How does Medzelo know which times are free?
Times come from the services you publish, your opening hours and the availability of your team members and rooms. A time is only offered when everything the service needs is free, which helps avoid double bookings.
Can clients change or cancel a booking?
Clients can send a reschedule or cancellation request from their booking link. Your booking policy is shown before they confirm, and your team decides whether to accept the change.
Does it work for businesses with more than one location?
