Which video tools work with Medzelo?

Zoom and Google Meet. Connect Zoom, or connect Google Calendar to create Google Meet links. You can also paste any other video link into a meeting by hand.

Does the client need an account to join?

No. The client joins from the meeting link, the same way they would join any Zoom or Google Meet call.

How do AI summaries work?

After the call, paste your notes or the transcript into the meeting and ask for a summary. Medzelo drafts key points and recommendations; your practitioner reviews and edits the draft before it is used.

Are consultations recorded?

Recording happens in your video provider. Medzelo stores the recording link and its details on the meeting so you can find it later.

How is this different from the calendar and Zoom page?

The calendar page covers booking and sending appointments to Google Calendar with meeting links. This page covers the consultation itself: the meeting record, notes, recordings, AI summary drafts and action items.
