How the client portal works
The Medzelo client portal lets clients access clinic-specific appointments, forms, invoices, messages and visible aftercare.
A person can be a client at multiple clinics, but detailed records stay inside each clinic portal. The global client dashboard can show summaries across clinics without merging private medical records.
Clients should use the clinic switcher to open the correct clinic before viewing forms, invoices or messages.
