- New photos are workspace only until you mark them client visible.
- Ask for the client's consent before taking or sharing treatment photos; Medzelo's consent forms can record it.

Where are client photos stored?
On the client's profile in Medzelo, in the Photos & Files tab, next to their appointments, forms and notes. They are not left on staff phones or personal drives.
Can clients see their before and after photos?
Only the photos you mark as client visible. Everything else stays workspace only, visible to your team members who have access to that client.
Can I store documents as well as photos?
Yes. Upload documents such as treatment plans or letters to the client's profile. Signed consent forms can be downloaded or printed with your business branding.
How do I record consent for treatment photos?
Add a photo consent question to one of your consent forms and send it before the visit. The signed form is stored on the same client profile as the photos.
