- Online card payments go through your connected Stripe account; fees depend on your Stripe setup.
- Medzelo does not file VAT returns; it keeps the VAT on your invoices and a VAT summary for your accountant.

Can I send invoices from Medzelo?
Yes. Create a draft invoice for a client, add the items and issue it. Share a secure payment link so the client can pay online, or record a payment taken another way.
Does Medzelo handle VAT?
You can set your VAT registration, rates and invoice numbering, and invoices show VAT accordingly. Medzelo gives you a VAT summary, but it does not file VAT returns.
Can I issue a credit note or refund?
Yes. Issue a credit note linked to the original invoice. Card refunds go through your connected payment provider.
Can clients pay in instalments?
Yes. Payment plans let you spread a balance over time and track what is still owed.
How do I see what a client owes?
Open the client's statement or their Payments & POS tab to see their invoices, payments and any open balance. Overdue invoices are marked in the invoice list.
