Can I sell courses of treatment?
Yes. Create a package with a number of sessions of a treatment, a price and a validity period. When you sell it, a balance is created on the client's profile and sessions are redeemed as they visit.
Do you support memberships?
Yes. Set up memberships with benefits and billing, then activate, pause or renew them per client. Renewal status shows on the client's profile.
Can clients buy gift cards?
Your team can create gift cards and redeem them at checkout, with the remaining balance tracked on each card.
How does loyalty work?
Record loyalty points for clients and set rewards they can redeem with their points. Points and redemptions are kept on the client's record.
Can I run classes or group sessions?
Not yet. Classes are on our roadmap. Today, packages and prepaid sessions are designed for one-to-one appointments.
