How to connect it

  1. 1Open Settings → Integrations and choose Meta.
  2. 2Connect your Meta account and select your pages and lead forms.
  3. 3Map the form fields to Medzelo lead fields.
  4. 4Run a test lead import.

Good to know

  • Lead retrieval and inbox access need Meta's app review and the right page permissions. Until then, Medzelo shows a setup-required state rather than failing silently.
