What Twilio does in Medzelo

  • Connects a business phone number for voice and call centre workflows.
  • Records completed calls in Medzelo once calls are switched on.

How to connect it

  1. 1Open Settings → Integrations and choose Twilio.
  2. 2Add your Twilio account details. They are stored encrypted on the server.
  3. 3Run the readiness test.

Good to know

  • Live calls stay switched off until the connection is complete and the readiness test passes.
