  • Answers calls with an AI voice assistant.
  • Checks real availability before offering times and hands sensitive calls to staff.

How to connect it

  1. 1Open Settings → Integrations and choose Vapi.
  2. 2Add your Vapi credentials. They are stored encrypted on the server.
  3. 3Point your Vapi assistant at Medzelo's voice tools.
  4. 4Run the readiness test.

Good to know

  • Live calls stay switched off until the connection is complete and the readiness test passes.
